A Few Minutes of Training Can Save a Life

2x–3x

Improved Survival Rate with Immediate CPR

Immediate CPR can double or triple a person's chance of survival after cardiac arrest. Most cardiac emergencies happen at home, at work, or in community settings where trained bystanders are the first responders.

Knowing what to do gives you the confidence to act. That confidence can mean everything.

What Class Actually Feels Like

A lot of people are nervous before their first CPR class. Here is what it is actually like.

No experience needed

You start from zero. Kyndra walks you through every skill step by step. Nobody gets left behind or made to feel behind.

Small, hands-on setting

These are not lecture-hall classes. Everyone practices on real manikins. You leave having actually done CPR, not just watched it.

All equipment provided

Manikins, AED trainers, First Aid supplies. Kyndra brings everything. Just show up and you are set.

2 to 4 hours, start to finish

Most individual classes wrap up the same morning or afternoon. Group sessions are scheduled around your organization's day.

You leave certified

Your digital American Red Cross aligned certification card is issued the same day. Two-year validity. Shareable with your employer right from your phone.

Questions are welcome

Kyndra encourages questions during and after class. If something is unclear or you want to practice a skill again, just ask.

Still not sure if class is right for you? Call or text Kyndra at (515) 446-9011 and ask anything before you book.
